Which age group does Latityude cater to?

Latityude caters to all age groups for career and mental health counselling. We cater to students starting from class 9th to college students, to professionals. Different Psychometric assessments are available for different age groups.

Career-wise what are the benefits of an insight into one's skill and strengths?

The more a career is in sync with our innate skills, strengths and talents, the higher the chances of success leading to a better life and overall happiness quotient. Imagine Beckham trying to be Steve Jobs ! One is sure to perform far better in a career that is aligned to their personality type, skills and strength.

Why is it important to balance Emotional quotient along with Professional quotient ?

It is important to focus on our professional growth and success but at the same time it is important that our mental health also remains sane so that we can enjoy our professional achievements. Often certain factors bring us down emotionally and mentally so much that we are unable to enjoy whatever we have achieved after years of toiling and hard work. It starts affecting our life and happiness

Who, What and Where can affect our mental balance ?

Peer pressure, bullying, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma etc., we can face at any point in life and anywhere - at home, at school, at work, at office. Often they are due to actions and behaviors of others. We may not be able to change others but we can certainly equip ourselves to handle such situations better.

How does a psychometric career assessment help?

Do I have to come to the location to give the test?

No. It is an online career assessment test, which can be taken from anywhere at anytime of the day. The only requirements for this assessment are a computer or a laptop and a stable working internet connection with good audio-video. All our counselling sessions are virtual held over Google Meet.

How much time does it take to complete the test?

It takes around 40 to 45 minutes to complete. All questions offer multiple choices and there are no right and wrong answers so no prep required!

How can I book a session?

You have to write a mail to latityude@gmail.com describing your profile in not more than 2-3 lines. You will receive a reply from us with further details of the most suitable option for resolution of your career related issues along with details of how to book the session.

Once you have confirmed the option that you wish to proceed with, we take usually one working day to process, allocate assessment link and send over the schedule for the first counselling session.
